Shipping Policy

Free shipping for all original art. Please note this does not include limited edition prints. At Angela Lanell Art, we understand the unique nature of art and art products, and we take great care in ensuring that your purchases are delivered to you in perfect condition. As such, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged during shipping.

In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with details of the product and the damage. We may ask you to provide photos to assess the damage.

Upon reviewing your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a repair of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and within the timeframe advertised, please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping fee plus the re-shipment fee. If you choose to forfeit your item, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that shipping times do not include the standard processing time.
